Covid-19 Important Impact Information Page
Please be patient with us as we work through the impacts of Covid-19. Here's a look at some effects that impact our customers and some information on how we are ensuring protection.
Please note that couriers are unable to guarantee delivery times during this pandemic which means we are also unable to guarantee delivery times for all shipping methods including express delivery. Our customers have received packages within 48 hours ordering and others as long as 14 business days. This is completely out of our control and we ask that you keep this in mind when ordering as we will not issue refunds due to a delay in your order arriving.
Recommendation: Continue to track your package and contact USPS for more information.
Pick-Up & Delivery
As we move locations even for customers who select the "free local pick-up options", we strive to deliver packages. If delivery is not available for your order, you will be contacted to "meet" with one of our consultants or employees for your order. All employees should be wearing a mask and practicing social distancing.
For deliveries, we strive for contactless delivering which means we will place your order in front of your door and contact you once we have so you can immediately retrieve your package.
Recommendation: Have someone home and available to retrieve package during delivery time.
We continue to use gloves and sanitize as we hand products. All employees are checked for signs of symptoms.
Recommendation: Clean your products before using.
All events are cancelled and not set for rescheduling until restrictions across the country are lifted.
